Every Saturday night at 6:00 - 7:30 PM, a group of 20 students aged 15-20 years old gather to practice liturgical songs under the guidance of a choirmaster. Most of these students are current scholars of the church and have expressed strong interest in improving how they sing. There has always been a group of people who sing during the mass for the church but it was only in 2008 when a formal group was organized to practice regularly and improve their worship. Sister Ath also directed the choir from 2009-2010. The Choir sings every sunday mass and also during special liturgical events such as weddings, commemorations and other special events of the church. |
